An electronic music producer and jazz trombonist, Julian has been studying music for over 16 years. As a trombone player, Julian grew up playing gigs at special events, local venues and performing at provincial jazz festivals. Having focused on jazz so much in his youth, he has expanded into playing and producing pop, house and downtempo electronic music.

Julian focuses on tone and technique, and encourages the idea that brass instruments can be utilized in many different musical genres. Being an enthusiast of a diversity of music, he helps students explore different styles of play; igniting musical creativity
